Women in Racing
Since 2013 Nolan Partners has been a Partner of Women in Racing, an organisation which develops the profile of women in the sport of horseracing, encourages senior appointments across the industry and enhances horseracing as an attractive sector in which to build a career. Nolan Partners has enjoyed a strong association with horseracing during its 10 years in business and is delighted to support such a worthwhile organisation.
The highlight of the Women in Racing calendar is the Grand Women’s Summit, held annually at the Crabbie’s Grand National Festival at Aintree Racecourse. This year’s panel included Judy Murray; Rugby World Cup winner Maggie Alphonsi MBE; Shelley Alexander, BBC editorial lead for women’s sport and Nick Rust, Chief Executive of the British Horseracing Authority. Hosted by Channel 4 Racing’s Tanya Stevenson, 125 delegates heard the speakers’ experiences and views on gender diversity in sport.
