We have also built a market leading in-house research capability and we are confident in our ability as a team to search across the world for talent. As well as identifying the best talent in our sectors, we pride ourselves on identifying high calibre individuals from other industries whom we believe have the right skill set and personal qualities to succeed in this space. In fact, more than 50% of our candidates now come from outside of our core sectors. However, it is one thing identifying successful individuals, but it requires specialist knowledge and experience to find the candidates with the capability to translate their previous success to the world of Sport, Performance or Entertainment.
